I'll give you my receipe to keep on op of your solo ads, that you would like to concentrate on, as they will pay the most credits, obviously!
1.You open a Gmail account and register it with the text ad exchanges
2.Create a label in Gmail filtering emails (create a filter > had the words > Solo .
3.You name this label 'solo' and save it.
4.Create another filter named Supersolo or Megasolo or anything your exchange would send you and has a high point value the same way.
5.Repeat the steps if needed.
6.Now you will have your labels on the side (new stuff from Gmail you can colour code them, too), you just have to click the label to read the solos and get the credits needed to advertise.

1.Lack of experience
Let's face it! Nobody's born a doctor, an accountant, a lawyer or a marketing expert. Fact.
I know you've been told that you will earn $50000 a month with 5 minutes work, a million times.
Don't get caught up in the hype! You can do it, If you know what to do in the 5 minutes, right? Do you know at the newbie stage? No!
You should not be afraid to learn....
If you want big money you have to invest into your training...
Doctors go to university, and every single job requires experience and skills!
There are pretty good e-books out there, free to download, so go ahead!
If you are serious about making money, you have to figure out how.
Be aware of the expensive “plug-in profit” sites, they are really good for advanced marketers, but unlikely to make money for a starter.
I am not saying that you should sit and learn all day, but while you are trying to find a program to promote and the channels, niches to promote, you should make notes, join forums and learn continously.
2.Lack of self-esteem
You can read about it all over the internet.
If you really don't believe that you can do it, don't even START!
If you are failing, once or twice, that is only good
because you will learn from it, won't you?

Give up before they would see any results

You can create your own capture pages with minimumhtml knowledge!
If is easy and fun! (requires much less knowledge than a full webpage).
Once you've got it and you probably put your picture or video on it,
and people won' associate it with the other well-known sales pitch
pages, you've won!
They will see the person!
(I actually get more signups from my very basic page than the professional
affiliate capture pages!
Bear in mind!
People won't buy products, they will buy you....

Talking about matrices I found them quite fun, if it is a good program where everybody works equally.
There are two different types of matrices:

Why internet marketing sucks?
There is a huge amount of people (hundreds of thousands if not more) who are trying to make money online every year.
And chances are, you are one of them, too. Also we all know as per latest survey results that 97 % fail to make any money and also 90% of them makes less than 10 bucks a week.
Shocking, isn't it?
Why is that?
Are they all useless?
Are they crap?
Are they only good for a 9-5 job?
No!
There is a sickness about internet marketing, and that's about the structure. There are thousands of products, programs launching every month, there is a huge competition. So what?
Competition's good, you could say. Yes, but this one is lacking somethng very important. Business spirit and ethics.
Poor little internet marketers were told to get as many people in their downline as possible make them pay and ten go to the next venture.
OK, what is the catch then?
They are selling other people's products, making money for other people, building others' downlnes. If you think about it, you will see I am right....
If an internet marketer fails and gives up after purchuasing a product or program, will his upline still get paid? YES.
If a program or internet company, product fails, does the internet marketer still get paid? NO!
So you may ask, why are they still doing it?
Because of the competition. There are millions of ads out there like... I am making 500.000 a month, the next one 700.000, i's like bidding on google adwords. I am surprised these headlines still work, but they do. And people believe that it is possible to earn money online without knowing anything about the industry or doing anything.
WRONG....
You'd better check all the resources no internet millionaire was born an internet millionaire, and none of them had an overnight success.
